Payment Terms

For paid plans:

• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Empress and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of such services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPRESS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Empress and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
